Pattern-making is the foundational process of creating the initial version of a product before mass production. This ensures that the fit and structure meet the desired standards. While we specialise in traditional paper patterns, most of our work is done using advanced CAD systems. This allows for precise pattern development and fabric cutting tailored to the garment or product’s exact specifications.
Sampling is an essential step in the production process, serving as a bridge between the design concept and the final product. It allows for a thorough evaluation of the garment’s quality, fit, and overall appearance, ensuring that the final production meets your expectations with precision and excellence. This stage also provides an opportunity to test different fabrics, finishes, and construction techniques, allowing for refinements before moving into full-scale production.
Size grading is the art of scaling a clothing pattern across multiple sizes to maintain the original design. Fabric & Material Sourcing
We offer a wide range, including natural fabrics, synthetic & blended fabrics as well as sustainable and functional fabrics. When selecting fabrics, we always inspect, touch, and thoroughly review the production process before making our choice, as the quality of the fabric has a significant impact on the final product quality.
If you already have sample materials, feel free to provide them to us, or if you share a brief description of what you’re looking for, we can match the material for you. If you’re unsure about the fabric, we can offer you several options with colour and functionality information for each.
We comply with ISO certification standards for most fabrics manufacturing. Aligning with ISO regulations in the textile industry ensures the quality of raw materials used in production.
We can transfer your designs, patterns, or graphic elements onto most fabrics or materials in the color of your choice. Simply provide us with your print file or Pantone codes, and we will produce exactly as outlined in your design brief.

Yes, we make samples before mass production so we can go over everything with you first. It’s an important step to make sure the final product meets your expectations.
Our production time depends on the order size, design complexity, and any changes you need along the way. For prototypes and samples, it usually takes about 30 days. And for mass production approximately 3 months.
