We have our own garment factory in Shanghai to ensure that the details and quality of each product, to meet our customers needs. Shanghai Office and Manufacture
Our garment factory, located in the suburb of Shanghai, is home to a team of 40 skilled professionals, each specializing in different aspects of garment production. These artisans and experts have been working in the industry for many years, with over a decade of experience at Passionworks. Our factory has both an operations team and a group of highly skilled artisans dedicated to perfecting every detail of garment creation. Our key customers include renowned brands such as WACOAL, SALUTE, AIMER, ENWEIS, ORDIFEN, and MANIFORM, among others.

Her love for fashion began 20 years ago when she embarked on her career at an Italian fashion company after graduating from fashion college. Through this experience, she worked closely with numerous Italian clients, leading her to a wide range of fabrics and the art of refined craftsmanship in design. A pivotal moment in her career was her collaboration with La Perla, which ignited her deep passion for high-end loungewear and sleepwear.
Silk, a natural fabric, is an essential part of her life. While her roots trace back to China, where silk was first started, her connection to the fabric goes beyond heritage. As someone with sensitive skin, she values silk for its comfort, functionality, and elegance – qualities that are central to her designs. She pays close attention to how fabrics feel against the skin and how garments move with the body, ensuring a balance between beauty, function, and comfort in each design.
Elaine has led her own design studio and production workshop in Shanghai since 2012, meticulously overseeing every step from design and material selection to production. Her dedication to quality craftsmanship has earned her the trust of global brands like Wacoal, consistently delivering products that meet the highest standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
